Who
is Accounting Connections? Accounting
Connections has been in business and owned by Joseph
Zejavac since 1986. We are a boutique firm, and have
no desire to become a large organization where the client
does not know who is doing their work. At the same time,
we want to ensure our clientele that we have highly-developed
skills that can help both your personal and business
needs. When you call our offices, chances are, the phone
will be answered by the person who will actually do
your work...not some unnnamed staff or student with
little accounting or real-life business experience.
Joseph Zejavac has focused on both
personal and small/medium-sized business needs. In
addition to the knowledge that only hands-on client
experience can provide, Mr. Zejavac has also been
employed by two international accounting firms while
still maintaining Accounting Connections (Arthur Andersen
from 1996-2001; Ernst & Young from 2001-2004).
This external experience has provided additional Fortune
500 and multi-national corporation knowledge. His
tenure at both of these firms focused on international,
federal and state taxes as they relate to tax software
development and implementation. As a result, Mr. Zejavac
is in a unique position to bridge the technological
knowledge of the latest tools with the tax and accounting
knowledge that decades of experience can only bring.
Over the years, Mr. Zejavac has developed expertise
in the following business topics:
• Real Estate
• Mortgages & Finance Companies
• Restaurant and Bar Management (Mr. Zejavac
also owned a sports bar from 1989-1991; and
• Construction
